刀具在回收过程中误差的改善措施

回收数控刀具刀片之后较好的处理方法就是对其进行加工再利用,对其回收处理的好坏直接影响到了回收数控刀具刀片加工零件的精度,还会影响数控机床的后期操作,对回收数控刀具刀片中存在的再利用误差,应结合实际情况提出具体的改善措施。

数控刀具刀片加工过程中产生的加工误差在一定情况下要尽量避免,编程方面的误差主要是数控编程中数控系统所产生的插补误差,这主要是由于用直线段或是圆弧段避近零件轮廓产生的,影响到零件加工精度的重要原因。我们可以来增加插补节点数的方法解决,但势必会增加编程的工作量。

刀尖圆弧的误差是在切削内孔、外因或是端面时,刀尖圆弧不会影响到其尺寸和形状,但在加工锥面和圆弧时受刀尖圆弧容易影响并造成过切或是少切的情况,这样的误差可以通过测量刀尖圆弧的半径,采用刀具的半径补偿功能来实现消除误差。
