如何延长数控切槽刀使用寿命?

理想的加工程序不仅仅应该保证加工出符合图样的合格工件,同时还应能使数控机床的功能得到合理的应用与充分的发挥。数控机床是一种高率得自动化设备,它的效率高于一般普通机床2~3倍,数控刀具刀片回收要充分发挥数控机床得这一特点,必须在编程之前对所工件进行工艺分析,根据具体条件,选择经济、合理得工艺方案。数控加工工艺考虑不周则是会影响数控机床加工质量、生产效率以及加工成本等重要因素。从实践出发,探讨以及总结一些数控车削过程中会出现的工艺问题。

The ideal processing program should not only ensure the processing of qualified workpieces in line with the drawing, but also make the function of CNC machine tools be reasonable application and full play. If the NC machining process is not well considered, it will affect the machining quality, production efficiency and processing cost of NC machine tools. Starting from practice, this paper discusses and summarizes some technological problems in the process of numerical control turning.

1、数控加工工序。数控刀具刀片回收数控加工工序得划分在数控机床上加工零件,工序比较集中,一次装夹应尽可能去完成全部工序,常用的工序划分原则具有保证精度原则以及提高生产效率的原则两种。

1. Numerical control processing procedure. The NC machining process of NC tool blade recycling should be divided into parts processing on the NC machine tool. The process is relatively concentrated, and the whole process should be completed as much as possible in one clamping. The common process division principles include the principle of ensuring accuracy and the principle of improving production efficiency.

2、车刀刀位点得选择。数控加工中,数控程序应描述出刀具相对于在工件得运动轨迹。在数控车削中,工件表面得形成取决于运动着得刀刃包络线的位置以及形状,但在程序编制中,只需描述刀具系统上选择某一选定点的轨迹就可以。

2. The turning tool position has to be selected. In NC machining, NC program should describe the path of the tool relative to the workpiece. In NC turning, the formation of the workpiece surface depends on the position and shape of the moving edge envelope, but in programming, it only needs to describe the trajectory of a selected point on the tool system.

3、分层切削时刀具得终止位置。当某外圆表面的加工余量较多需要进行分层多次走刀切削时,从二刀开始就要开始注意防止走刀至终点时背吃刀量的突增。

3. The end position of the tool in layered cutting. When the machining allowance of a certain cylindrical surface is large and it needs to be cut in layers for many times, attention should be paid from the beginning of the second cutting to prevent the sudden increase of the back feed when the cutting reaches the end point.

4“让刀”时刀补值的确定。对于薄壁工件,尤其是难切削材料的薄壁工件,切削时“让刀”现象严重,导致所车削工件尺寸发生变化,一般是外圆变大,内孔变小。

4. Determination of tool compensation value when "let go". For the thin-walled workpiece, especially for the hard to cut material, the phenomenon of "let the tool" is serious, which leads to the change of the size of the workpiece. Generally, the outer circle becomes larger and the inner hole becomes smaller.

5、车削时的断屑问题。数控车削是自动化加工,如果刀具的断屑性能太差,将严重妨碍加工的正常进行。

5. Chip breaking in turning. NC turning is an automatic machining, if the chip breaking performance of the cutting tool is too poor, it will seriously hinder the normal processing.

6、可转位刀具刀片形状的选择。与普通机床加工方法相比,数控加工对刀具提出了更高的要求,不仅需要刚性好、精度高,而且要求尺寸稳定,耐用度高,断屑和排屑性能好。

6. Selection of indexable tool blade shape. Compared with ordinary machine tools, NC machining has higher requirements for cutting tools, which not only requires good rigidity and high precision, but also requires stable size, high durability, good chip breaking and chip removal performance.

7、切槽的走刀路线。较深的槽型,在数控车床上常用切槽刀加工,如果刀宽等于要求加工的槽宽,则切槽刀一次切槽刀位,若以较窄的切槽刀加工较宽的槽型,则应分多次切入。合理的切削路线是:先切中间,再切左右。

7. Tool path of cutting groove. For deeper groove, grooving cutter is often used in CNC lathe. If the width of the cutter is equal to the required width, the grooving cutter will cut the groove at one time. If the narrower grooving cutter is used to process the wider groove, it should cut in several times. The reasonable cutting route is: first cut the middle, then cut left and right.
