表面质量崩裂或咬痕切削锥长度不够增加前部切削锥长度,切削角不适当切削角须配合工作材质,粘刀使用工作部分经铲磨加工之丝锥,减少刃部厚度。使用经表面处理的丝锥,改变切削油种类及注油方式,降低切削速度,切屑堵塞应使用螺尖丝锥或螺旋槽丝锥,加大下孔径,振波过于锋利减少切削角度,减少铲背量修磨不适当避免刃部厚度过小。避免修磨容屑槽底。

耐用度折断丝锥的选定不适当材质改用高速钢防止铁屑堵塞(或使用螺尖丝锥、螺旋槽丝锥、挤压丝锥)切削扭力过大底孔直径尽量扩大。缩短攻牙长度。改用细牙螺纹。为了增加丝锥的锋利性加大切削角。为了减少摩擦、扭力、螺纹部间隙角可以稍为加大,刃部厚度减少。使用螺旋槽丝攻。

High speed steel should be used instead of suitable material to prevent iron filings from blocking (or using screw tip tap, spiral groove tap, extrusion tap) and excessive cutting torque, and the diameter of bottom hole should be expanded as much as possible. Shorten the tapping length. Use fine thread instead. In order to increase the sharpness of the tap, increase the cutting angle. In order to reduce friction, torque, clearance angle of thread can be slightly increased, and blade thickness can be reduced. Use spiral groove tapping.

使用条件不适当降低切削速度,防止丝锥与底孔偏心或倾斜,丝锥夹头采用浮动式,攻丝刀柄改用可调整式。盲孔钻底孔时防止丝锥碰到孔底,再研磨不适当不得研磨容屑槽避免刃厚过小,耗损部应磨掉,提早再研磨时间。

Improper use conditions, reduce the cutting speed, prevent the tap and the bottom hole eccentric or inclined, tap chuck adopts floating type, tap handle adopts adjustable type. When drilling the bottom hole of blind hole, prevent the tap from touching the bottom of the hole. If the regrinding is not appropriate, do not grind the chip groove to avoid too small edge thickness. The wear part should be worn off and regrinding time should be advanced.
