数控刀具管理三要素 提高加工效率及质量

随着现代加工技术的发展,刀具作为加工生产的主要资源,其材料、形状和加工条件等各种要求也越来越多。为了提高加工效率及质量,实现一次装夹完成多工序加工或连续自动化加工的目的,需要数控系统具有对各种不同的刀具及其信息进行统一管理的功能,即刀具管理功能,主要有以下几个方面。

(1)刀具信息管理 每把刀具都包括两种信息,一种是刀具描述信息,即静态信息,如刀具名称、几何参数(刀具长度和刀具半径等),手动输入并且不再变化;另一种为刀具状态信息,即动态信息,如刀具所在位置、刀具寿命(使用次数、使用时间和磨损量等),在输入后,随着刀具的使用,数据会不断更新,系统实时记录并统计。

(2)刀具位置调度管理 刀具的位置调度管理就是根据刀具的信息,按照一定的选刀策略,及时而准确地将所需的新刀具装到主轴上,并将旧刀具归还刀库备用,具有备刀功能的机床,还可将后续所需的刀具提前放至备刀区域,以节省下把刀的换刀时间。

(2) Tool position scheduling management tool position scheduling management is based on the information of the tool, according to a certain tool selection strategy, timely and accurately install the required new tools on the spindle, and return the old tools to the tool magazine for standby. (3)刀具特殊属性管理 随着刀具种类的增多,有些刀具有特殊的属性需要设置,且对使用有特殊要求,需要单独处理,例如需要对使用时主轴的高速度进行限制、内冷却功能刀具在使用时需要打开内冷却等。随着近年来人工智能技术的持续发展,传统行业与人工智能技术融合加深,对定制化、精细化数据呈现出旺盛的需求。

(3) Tool special attribute management with the increase of tool types, some tools have special attributes that need to be set, and have special requirements for use, which need to be handled separately, such as the need to limit the high speed of the spindle when using, the need to turn on the internal cooling function when using tools, etc. With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology in recent years, the integration of traditional industries and artificial intelligence technology is deepening, and there is a strong demand for customized and refined data.
