数控铣刀回收:在这些不同等级的车床中,车刀扮演着核心工器具的角色。一般而言,车刀由以下几个部分组成:主切削刃、副切削刃、前刀面、主后刀面和副后刀面、刀尖角、刀柄。按切削和刀柄不同又分为:焊接刀、整体刀、复合刀(机夹式)。普通车刀一般为焊接刀和整体刀,需磨刀,成本低,在中小规模企业使用较多。

CNC milling cutter recycling: in these different levels of lathes, turning tools play the role of core tools and instruments. Generally speaking, the turning tool is composed of the following parts: main cutting edge, auxiliary cutting edge, rake face, main flank and auxiliary flank, tool tip angle and tool handle. According to different cutting and tool handle, it can be divided into welding tool, integral tool and compound tool (machine clamp type). Ordinary turning tools are generally welding tools and integral tools, which need to be sharpened and have low cost. They are widely used in small and medium-sized enterprises.

数控车刀一般指可转位的复合刀,因不需刃磨大量应用于数控机床上。每种车床用的刀具都具有高度相似性、同质性及部分互换性。那么为何有必要在普通机床上使用数控刀具呢?可从三个方面加以说明讨论。

NC turning tools generally refer to indexable compound tools, which are widely used in NC machine tools because they do not need grinding. Each lathe tool has high similarity, homogeneity and partial interchangeability. So why is it necessary to use NC tools on ordinary machine tools? It can be explained and discussed from three aspects.

(l)从实际工作经验中讨论。具备一定实力的大中型生产类企业中(除机加企业外),因为占据企业机电专业主导地位的是检维修部门,机加属于检维修内的辅助工位。相比以机加工为主导的企业,其他生产类企业在检维修的工作中,机床的作用基本属于修配和小批量加工。

(l) Discuss from practical work experience. Among the large and medium-sized production enterprises with certain strength (except machine processing enterprises), because the inspection and maintenance department occupies the leading position of the Electromechanical Specialty of the enterprise, machine processing belongs to the auxiliary station in the inspection and maintenance. Compared with the enterprises dominated by machining, the role of machine tools in the inspection and maintenance of other production enterprises basically belongs to repair and small batch processing.

(2)从加工稳定性上讨论。因为数控车床相比较普通车床提高了床身的主轴刚性,数控车床用复合刀具可以在较高的主轴速度及进给量下进行切削。在相同的被加工工件材质下,数控车刀的背吃刀量可以允许增大些、进给量也可以提高,这样一来数控复合车刀就较之普通车刀体现出了它的加工效率高、加工精度可靠、加工较稳定等特点。

(2) From the processing stability. Because the CNC lathe improves the spindle rigidity of the lathe bed compared with the ordinary lathe, the compound tool used in the CNC lathe can cut at a higher spindle speed and feed rate. Under the same material of the workpiece to be processed, the back feed of the NC turning tool can be increased, and the feed rate can also be improved. In this way, the NC composite turning tool reflects its characteristics of high machining efficiency, reliable machining precision and stable machining compared with the ordinary turning tool.

(3)从成本上讨论。虽然在一般性的加工修配中,数控刀具的价格相对普通车刀较贵一些,过去一般不推荐为普通车床加工用。但因其使用寿命更长,已有越来越多的修造单位在刀具库里配置一定数量的数控刀具用于高低搭配。

(3) Discuss from the cost. Although in general processing and repair, the price of NC tools is more expensive than ordinary turning tools, it was generally not recommended for ordinary lathe processing in the past. However, due to its longer service life, more and more repair units have configured a certain number of NC tools in the tool library for high-low matching.
